| DAT intends to make its present Quality Assurance System more transparent and effective. First and foremost, the objective of the auditing and certification procedure for DIN EN ISO 9001:2008 is the establishing of optimised work sequences – starting with ordering up to maintenance and service activities. For DAT, the documented evidence of organisational competence and technical performance is a clear advantage as experience shows that improved technical processes have a prosperous effect on the relationship with the customers and with their satisfaction.
